On level 2, "Neon City", find a train tunnel and go through it (stay close
to wall to avoid train). Come out, (don't fall off!) and turn left. Find
the ramp and use turbo to the tunnel in the adjacent building. It's
blocked off, so turn left and smash into the wall. You'll find a platform
with a picture of a helicopter on it. Wait on the picture of the
helicopter, until a helicopter picks you up and sets you back down on a
building roof. On the roof, you'll find a few useful items, like
lightning. Put a remote bomb right where the helicopter dropped you off.
(To get off the roof, drive onto the platform with a picture on it. It'll
take you to the building where you came out of the train tunnel.) Wait
there until you see "Moon Buggy", and then detonate the bomb. While "Moon
Buggy" is up on the roof, lightning is highly recommended, since lightning
is "Moon Buggy"'s special attack. In 2 player, if you or your friend are
